Ordering

Is there a minimum order requirement? +
There is no minimum order requirement. You can order as little or as much as you need. However orders over $500 qualify for free shipping.
Can I order in bulk for my restaurant or cafe? +
Absolutely. We specialize in wholesale orders for cafes, restaurants, hotels, and food service operators. Contact us at info@msmretailllc.com for custom bulk pricing on large volume orders.
How do I place a bulk or custom order? +
You can place standard orders directly through our website. For custom bulk orders or freight shipping contact us at info@msmretailllc.com or call 346-469-4203 and our team will prepare a custom quote for you.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

What brands do you carry? +
We carry 770+ products from premium brands including Monin, Ghirardelli, Nutella, DaVinci Gourmet, International Delight, Califia Farms, Organic Valley, Del Monte, Starbucks, Lavazza, Splenda, and many more.
Are your products sold as single units or cases? +
All products on our website are listed and sold as single units. For case pricing or pallet orders please contact us directly for a wholesale quote.
Do you carry sugar-free or organic options? +
Yes. We carry a wide range of sugar-free syrups from Monin, organic dairy from Organic Valley, and plant-based options from Califia Farms and Silk. Use the search or filter by collection to find specific dietary options.
Can I request a product that is not listed on the website? +
Yes. If you are looking for a specific product or brand that is not currently listed please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.

Shipping

How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we only ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened food and beverage products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
